國(guó)際貨物買賣合同的支付條款是合同中的重要條款之一。

只有根據(jù)支付方式的特點(diǎn)及要求訂立明確的支付條款，才能避免在貨款支付過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)糾紛。

國(guó)際貿(mào)易中，常見(jiàn)的支付方式包括T/T、托收和L/C 3種。

T/T條款使用T/T條款，應(yīng)在合同中明確規(guī)定匯付時(shí)間、具體的匯付方式和匯付金額。

1.裝運(yùn)前 T/T例如，The Buyers shall pay 100% of contract value in advance by T/T to the Sellers no later than September 30,2022.(買方應(yīng)不遲于2022年9月30日將全部合同金額預(yù)付給賣方。

)2.裝船后見(jiàn)提單傳真件 T/T例如，The Buyers shall pay 100% of sales contract to the Sellers by T/T against the copy of B/L. (買方應(yīng)在收到賣方的海運(yùn)提單副本后，將全部貨款電匯給賣方。

)3.裝船前 T/T+ 裝船后見(jiàn)提單傳真件 T/T例如，The Buyers shall pay 30% of the sales contract to the sellers in advance by T/T not later than September 30, 2022 and the balance by T/T against the copy of B/L.(買方應(yīng)不遲于2022年9月30日將30%的貨款用電匯預(yù)付給賣方，余款在收到賣方的海運(yùn)提單副本后電匯給賣方。

)4.裝運(yùn)后 T/T例如，The Buyers shall pay 100% of the sales contract to the Sellers by T/T within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination.(買方應(yīng)在貨物到達(dá)目的港后30天內(nèi)將全部貨款電匯給賣方。
