近期,美國(guó)海關(guān)與邊境保護(hù)局（CBP）正對(duì)空運(yùn)至美國(guó)的所有貨件加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管,嚴(yán)厲打擊商品描述不準(zhǔn)確的問(wèn)題。

如果產(chǎn)品申報(bào)模糊或不詳細(xì),不僅貨件可能因此被延誤或退運(yùn),而且還有可能產(chǎn)生罰款。

其中,CBP罰款 USD 41000每票,TSA 罰款 USD 5000每票。

為了確保貨件可以順利地在目的地完成清關(guān),并避免產(chǎn)生罰款,FedEx、UPS、DHL等快遞公司特別針對(duì)產(chǎn)品申報(bào)發(fā)布了公告,提醒大家在發(fā)運(yùn)時(shí)為所有貨件提供準(zhǔn)確且詳細(xì)的商品描述。

DHL、FedEx、UPSIMPORTANT REMINDER美國(guó)海關(guān)和邊境保護(hù)局（CBP）宣布,自2024年11月12日起,FedEx、UPS、DHL將不再接受任何包含模糊描述及可能存在低報(bào)的美國(guó)進(jìn)口貨物。

如果貨物描述被CBP認(rèn)定為模糊不清或申報(bào)不一致將會(huì)被拒絕接受,可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致CBP扣留貨物直至提供完整及正確的資料為止,或直接拒絕進(jìn)口退回始發(fā)地。

FedEx、UPS、DHL在此特別提醒客戶,在寄運(yùn)貨物時(shí)提供準(zhǔn)確的貨物描述及真實(shí)貨物價(jià)值至關(guān)重要,以確保符合美國(guó)海關(guān)及邊境保衛(wèi)局（CBP）的規(guī)定。

自生效日期起,任何被CBP認(rèn)定為描述模糊、低報(bào)的貨物都將被拒收。

準(zhǔn)確的描述是指能夠清楚地說(shuō)明商品的名稱、材質(zhì)、用途。

例如,應(yīng)詳細(xì)申報(bào)為" 塑料制成的兒童玩具（children's toys made of plastic）",而非簡(jiǎn)單地標(biāo)注為" 玩具（toys）"；同樣,應(yīng)描述為" 60%棉和40%聚酯制成的女裝women's dresses made of 60% cotton 40% polyester ",而不是籠統(tǒng)地稱之為" 服裝clothing "。
