亞馬遜官方對(duì)Review有什么嚴(yán)格的規(guī)定？你要了解這些規(guī)則，才能知道，亞馬遜的紅線在哪里。

盡管一些賣家可能會(huì)說亞馬遜的紅線是不能刷單，因此研究這些都是沒有用的。

事實(shí)上這個(gè)想法并不全面，因?yàn)榧词鼓阆胨危阋惨?，用哪種購(gòu)物方式下單是相對(duì)較難監(jiān)控的。

可以看到亞馬遜列出的幾種主要違反Review規(guī)則的方法：1、A family member or enployee of the seller posts a review of the seller's product or a competitor's product.賣家不能使用自己或家人的帳號(hào)來對(duì)自己產(chǎn)品或競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行評(píng)論。

在此，亞馬遜有兩個(gè)主要含義：(1)自己無法對(duì)自己進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)；(2)自身也不能對(duì)其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。

2、A seller offers a third party a financial reward , discount , free products , or other compensation in exchange for a review on their productor's product.不允許賣家用提供傭金、折扣、免費(fèi)商品等交換意見，或?qū)Ω?jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手產(chǎn)品的評(píng)論，交換其他商品。

目前很多賣家都應(yīng)該以刷單測(cè)評(píng)的方式來進(jìn)行交易，來換取回頭客。

3、A seller offers to provide a refund or reimbursement after the buyer writes a review。

賣家不能以提供退款或補(bǔ)償?shù)姆绞?，讓買家留下參考意見。

一些賣家會(huì)含糊地告訴買家，如果留下五星評(píng)論，可以返款給買家。

這樣的方法賣家千萬不能通過站內(nèi)信的方式進(jìn)行溝通，站內(nèi)信是亞馬遜監(jiān)控點(diǎn)的重點(diǎn)渠道。

4、A seller asks a reviewer to change or remove their review，or offers a refund or other compensation to a reviewer in exchange for doing so.賣家不能以提供補(bǔ)償或其他方式引導(dǎo)買家修改或刪除評(píng)論。

此主要針對(duì)的是差評(píng)，沒有人愿意冒著風(fēng)險(xiǎn)去刪除。

事實(shí)上刪除差評(píng)，因?yàn)槔麧?rùn)空間巨大，一直是服務(wù)商重點(diǎn)在推廣的行為。

5、A seller commits any sort of catalog abuse violations(e.g., creates inaccurate variation relationship between products) with the aim of manipulating reviews and boosting a product’s star rating via review aggregation.這個(gè)規(guī)則比較長(zhǎng)，簡(jiǎn)單的意思就是“賣家不能用變體來操縱評(píng)論”。

6、A seller inserts a request for a positive Amazon review or an incentive in exchange for a review into product packaging or a shipping box.賣家不能在產(chǎn)品包裝內(nèi)放置取得良好評(píng)價(jià)的要求。

這種行為主要是為了在產(chǎn)品包裝上添加一張索評(píng)卡，這種行為與前一條有點(diǎn)類似。

此提醒賣家注意，亞馬遜并不禁止賣家在產(chǎn)品中放置客戶服務(wù)卡，亞馬遜禁止的只是卡片上的內(nèi)容。

卡上禁止出現(xiàn)“五星好評(píng)”、“好評(píng)”等關(guān)鍵詞。
