(1)買(mǎi)家應(yīng)于 2019 年1月1日前將全部貨款用 T/T 方式預(yù)付給賣(mài)家The buyer shall pay the total value to the seller in advance by T/T not laterthan lst Jan. 2019.(2)買(mǎi)家預(yù)付 40%的貨款，工廠發(fā)貨前，買(mǎi)家再付尾款The buyer shall pay 40% of the total value as deposit in advance and pay the balance before the dispatching of goods from the factory(3)買(mǎi)家以 T/T 方式支付 30%定金，尾款見(jiàn)提單副本The buyer shall pay 30% in advance by T/T and the balance payment againsthe copy of B/L.2.跟單信用證常用的表述如下全額發(fā)票金額的、保兌的、不可撤銷(xiāo)的、可轉(zhuǎn)讓的即期信用證應(yīng)于裝運(yùn)期前 30 天送達(dá)賣(mài)家，在中國(guó)，其議付有效期為上述裝運(yùn)期后的 15天By 100% confirmed, irrevocable, transferable sight L/C to reach the seller 30days before the date of shipment and to remain valid for negotiation in China till the 15th day after the final date of shipment.3.托收常用的表述如下。

買(mǎi)家應(yīng)憑賣(mài)家開(kāi)具的即期跟單匯票于第一次見(jiàn)票時(shí)立即付款交單。

Upon first presentation, the buyer shall pay against documentary draft drawn by the seller at sight. The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.4.信用證和托收結(jié)合的方式常用的表述如下。

60%的貨款以不可撤銷(xiāo)即期信用證的方式支付,其余40%貨款以托收方式支付，買(mǎi)家見(jiàn)票后 30 天付款交單。

按發(fā)票金額全部付款后，賣(mài)家將全套貨運(yùn)單據(jù)發(fā)送給買(mǎi)家。
