在跨境電商交易的產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)貨物丟失、貨運(yùn)單號(hào)無(wú)法查詢(xún)、產(chǎn)品被扣關(guān)以及收到的貨物與描述不符等情況。

一旦出現(xiàn)這樣的異常情況，買(mǎi)家就有可能發(fā)起退款或退換貨協(xié)議申請(qǐng)。

如果買(mǎi)家發(fā)起這類(lèi)糾紛，商家積極通過(guò)站內(nèi)信與買(mǎi)家進(jìn)行協(xié)商，及時(shí)回復(fù)買(mǎi)家的詢(xún)問(wèn)，盡力安撫，并及時(shí)與貨運(yùn)公司聯(lián)系解決物流方面的問(wèn)題。

下面將介紹雙方在退換貨、退款協(xié)商過(guò)程中常用到的商務(wù)英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)句。

1.-If it isn't suitable, can I return it/may I bring it back?-You can take it back within 3 days for whatever your reason is.-如果不合適，我可以退貨嗎？-三天內(nèi)無(wú)理由退貨。

2.-Could I demand a refund, please?-We only allow you to exchange it for another one.-我能要求退款嗎？-我們只允許換貨。
