使用L/C付款，應(yīng)在合同中明確規(guī)定開證時間、L/C種類、L/C金額、付款日期、L/C的有效期及到期地點。

1.即期 L/C 支付條款例如，The Buyers shall open through a bank acceptable to the Sellers an Irrevocable Sight Letter of Credit to reach the Sellers 30 days before the month of shipment, valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the month of shipment.(買方應(yīng)通過賣方所接受的銀行于裝運月前30天開立并送達賣方不可撤銷的即期L/C，于裝運月后15天在中國議付。

)2.遠期 L/C 付款條款例如，The Buyers shall open through a bank acceptable to the Sellers an Irrevocable Letter of Credit at 45 days Sight to reach the Sellers 30 days before the date of shipment, valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the date of shipment.(買方應(yīng)通過賣方可以接受的銀行于裝運日前30天開立并送達賣方不可撤銷的見票后45天付款的LC，有效期至裝運日后15天在中國議付。

)小貼士組合式支付方式在日常貿(mào)易中，也可用TT與LIC相結(jié)合等組合式支付方式。

如：1.T/T：30%T/T預(yù)付，70%裝船后根據(jù)裝運單據(jù)付款；2.T/T+L/C：90%的 L/C+ 10%的 T/T到付Payment: Part A: 90% of the total contract amount shall be payable L/C at sight against shipping documents.Part B: the balance of 10% will be paid by T/T。
